The ₹9 AI Optimize plan rewrites your resume summary and bullet points to be ATS-friendly and recruiter-impactful. It does not bundle a download — once you are happy with the optimized result, you pay ₹5 to download as PDF or Word. This keeps the optimization affordable if you only want to preview or compare versions.

Every download (PDF or Word, original or optimized) costs ₹5. The only exception is the Real-Time AI Editor plan (₹25), which includes 1 free PDF or Word download.

No. Your resume content is processed by our AI in real-time and lives only in your browser's session storage. When you close your browser tab, your resume data is automatically cleared. We never store resume content in any database.

Yes. You can switch templates freely at any time — before or after payment. Your payment covers downloading in any template. Simply use the "Change Template" button in the preview screen.

Your session is stored in your browser's tab-specific storage. If you refresh mid-process (e.g., during extraction), you may need to restart. If you open the URL in a new tab or browser, you'll see a "Session Not Found" message — this is by design to protect your privacy.

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. CVForge never sees or stores your card number or banking credentials. Every payment is verified server-side using HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signatures.

Because our services are digital and instantly delivered (the AI processes your resume the moment you pay), all payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
